1. What is the average GPA for students entering your college? Average SAT / ACT? Do you think that I would be eligible for the major I want?

2. What are the three most popular majors at your college? Why are they so popular?

3. Which departments are considered to be the strongest?
    

4. Is it o.k. to have an undeclared major? Dual major? Change of major? Are there any impacted majors?

5. What is a realistic teacher-student ratio?
    

6. How important is the essay/letters of recommendation / other parts of the application?

7. Is an interview necessary/helpful?
    

8. What is the campus like? (appearance, size, distance between classes)
    

9. What is the area surrounding the campus like? (availability of cultural activities, shopping)

10. How large is the freshman class?
     

11. Is housing guaranteed/required for freshmen? What are the options?  Is your campus considered a “commuter campus?”
